"Most of my pictures are grounded in people. I look for the unguarded moment, the essential soul peeking out, experience etched on a person's face and I try to convey what it is like to be that person, a person caught in a broader landscape that I guess you'd call the human condition."

NOIR & BLANC
Black and white defines the origin of photography and remains the most classic grammatical form of this narrative art, which literally means 'writing with light'. They are 56 men met walking through the streets of the city of Sarzana. Some of them are well-known characters in the city, others less so but each of their gazes says something different and may even tell a special story.
"'Two shades, two words that are the essence of an entire art form."

Portraits de femmes
Expression lines, fine lines, furrows, crow's feet. No matter what we call them, the folds of our face become more evident with age. But while, in front of the mirror, many people sigh and regret the passing of time and the marks it leaves, others welcome these changes and accept the idea that aging is an integral part of life, without taking anything away from its beauty.
An ambitious project that aims to highlight the inner strength of 92 women and their resourcefulness. It aims to be a very intimate portrait dedicated to those women who for thirty years or more have contributed and contributed to the development of different commercial activities.
''Quand une femme vous parle, écoutez ce qu'elle vous dit avec ses yeux." Victor Hugo

Vitrines & métiers
An act of gratitude and a gift of which the faces of its merchants are the miror. I have tried to tell, and even give color, to the reality – which one day will become memory – of this extraordinary city of Liguria.
"If your photographs aren't good enough, you're not close enough."
